About International Year Zero
The International Year Zero represents the first year of a four-year undergraduate degree, designed specifically for international students who need additional academic preparation and English language support.
It typically consists of a one-year foundation programme followed by a three-year undergraduate degree. It is an integrated pathways, students require one visa for the duration of their study.
