About Us

Our department is second in the UK  for Hospitality, Event Management and Tourism (The Guardian University Guide 2024).

Our courses are accredited by the Institute of Hospitality, this qualification is recognised worldwide for international employment. Our Culinary Arts Management program is also accredited by the Craft Guild of Chefs. Our students enjoy gaining experience in our award-winning labs often working closely with industry companies and celebrity chefs and they often compete in student competitions winning medals for their skills and management knowledge.
