Acknowledging the impact of colleagues on our day-to-day experience, working environment and shared organisational ambitions, the Ulster Excellence Awards reflect the passion, skill and innovation that contributed to Ulster University being named University of the Year 2024 by Times Higher Education.

Our Ulster Excellence awards cover three areas of recognition, with multiple categories in each – offering a breadth of opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the extraordinary commitment, contribution and talent of our employees.
