The link is in your emails—check your Booking Confirmation email to see the talks and tours you’ve registered for.

From there, you can amend your choices or add extra sessions whenever you like.

Arriving on campus - Saturday 28 March

Parking

Upon arrival, please enter via the Rock Road entrance and enjoy free parking at Car Park 1.

We ask visitors with accessibility requirements to enjoy free parking on the Concourse in front of the MD building which can be accessed via the entrance at the top of the Rock Road via the security gates.

If you have additional requirements upon arrival, please contact the event organisers via email at a.morton@ulster.ac.uk or k.begley@ulster.ac.uk, ahead of the event to allow us to make suitable arrangements.

Check-in 

Upon arrival please visit the registration desk located in the foyer of the MU building.

Please have your QR code ready on your phone (you can download this now from your emails, save in your apple wallet or take a screenshot to have in your photos).

What's on during applicant day

Information on the talk schedule, location map and all our student services can be viewed on our pocket guide that you will receive upon arrival.

In the meantime you can check out all our session talks online.

Take a Tour

Campus tours will run every 15 minutes from 9.30am, leaving from the Martha Magee building.

A tour will offer you the opportunity to view the facilities, including the library, accommodation and gym.

Please book your tour prior to the event to avoid missing out as tour group capacity is limited.

A Taste of Ulster University

While on campus, why not make the most of the cafes and eateries available.

We are offering all attendees a £6 voucher so you can really get a taste of Ulster University.

Here to Help

If you are unsure of anything, find yourself lost on campus or feeling unwell; please notify our Student Event Helpers who will be wearing Ulster University branded navy hoodies and will be happy to help.

Room Numbers 

The letters of the room number refer to the building (MU).

The first number of the room number will let you know which floor the room is  on, for example 125 is the ground floor, 207 is on the second floor and 309 is the third floor.

Eg. MU207 is in the MU building, on the second floor.
