After you register
You can view or update your booking anytime through your personalised Event Page.
The link is in your emails—check your Booking Confirmation email to see the talks and tours you’ve registered for.
From there, you can amend your choices or add extra sessions whenever you like.

Travel- Have you considered public transport?
The Belfast campus is accessible by both bus and train.
Yorkgate train station is only a 10 minute walk from the Belfast campus.
Many bus services run from outside the campus and you can also find a bus centre and train station at Grand Central Station which is a 15 minute walk from the campus.
Car parking is available at our Frederick Street Car Park.
Please download a ticket to access the facility.
You can save the downloaded ticket on your phone, in your Apple wallet or print this ticket. You will need to scan the QR code to access the parking facility.
There are a limited number spaces in the Fredrick street car park which are available on a first come basis.
On-street parking is also available but extremely limited. Public parking is available at Q-Park St. Anne's Square and nearby at CastleCourt. Other car parks are available.
Should you have any additional access requirements a limited number of spaces are available next to the Birley Building off Academy Street. Please make us aware in advance of the event if you require accessible parking by emailing k.begley@ulster.ac.uk with your requirements.
Upon arrival, visit the registration desks located in the BA and BC building.
Please have your QR code ready on your phone (you can download this now from your emails, save in your Apple wallet or take a screenshot to have in your photos).
What's on during applicant day
Information on the talk schedule, location map and all our student services can be viewed on our pocket guide that you will receive upon arrival. In the meantime you can check out all our session talks online.
A tour will offer you the opportunity to view the facilities, including the library, UUSU and accommodation.
Tours will run every 15 minutes from 9am, leaving from the CQS on the ground floor of the BC building.
Please book your tour prior to the event to avoid missing out as tour group capacity is limited.
Whether it's fierce competition, social team games or simply a solid gym session you're looking for, our new Belfast sports facilities are sure to impress. Make sure to book a tour of the sports facilities.
Tours run every half an hour starting at 9.30am until 2pm .
While on campus, why not make the most of the cafes and eateries available.
We are offering all attendees a £6 voucher so you can really get a taste of Ulster University. Enjoy our on campus Starbucks, Junction, Paul and Henry, York St Coffee and many more.
Help getting around
If you are unsure of anything, find yourself lost on campus or are feeling unwell; please notify our Student Event Helpers who will be wearing Ulster University branded navy hoodies and will be happy to help.
The letters of the room number refer to the building (BC).
The first set of numbers refer to the floor (05) and the final set of numbers is the room (209).
Eg.- BC-05-209 is in the BC building, on the fifth floor in room 209.
