ESRC Festival of Social Science 2023
Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University have collaborated to create an engaging and enlightening line-up of discussions, exhibitions, workshops and tours.
These events highlight the breadth and quality of social science research conducted by our academics. And, to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the NHS, this year’s festival includes a number of events themed around lifelong wellbeing.
The Festival is an annual, UK-wide celebration of social science and the contribution it makes to major societal and economic challenges. It offers a fascinating insight into some of the country’s leading social science research and how it influences our lives – now and in the future. This programme was made possible thanks to funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), which is part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI)
All events are free. For the majority of events, pre-registration is essential. You can book online here
