Organised by Rhythms of India Dance & Performing Arts in collaboration with Ulster University, Queen’s Business School, Queen’s University Belfast, JIS University; leading dance academies and cultural organisations. Presented by Sanbad Pratidin, this event marks a historic first — Northern Ireland hosting a large-scale Indian Cultural Mahotsav.
The festival will feature the first-ever Northern Ireland performance by Bollywood singing sensation Kunal Ganjawala, spectacular Kathak dance by renowned maestro Kumar Sharma and his troupe Kathak Rockers, and a mesmerising performance by an internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudam Pradhan.
Visitors can explore a curated Indian and local marketplace offering authentic food, textiles, jewellery, handicrafts, and fashion. The event also includes kids’ entertainment, henna stalls, family-friendly activities, and performances from local cultural groups including Nrityangana Dance Academy, Mudra Academy of Performing Arts UK, and Beyond Skin, making it a truly collaborative community celebration.
