On 4 and 5 September, 2018 Professor Cath Collins is co-convening an international conference commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Rome Statute, the 20th anniversary of the Pinochet arrest, and the 10th anniversary of the Observatorio research Project she has directed in Santiago, Chile since 2008.
The conference, entitled ‘Beyond Impunity?’ gathers a host of national experts including a former President of Chile’s Supreme Court, and features Professor Mark Osiel, expert in international criminal law, as its keynote speaker.
