We are a licensed training restaurant for the bright minds of Ulster University's Business School, where students can put their management skills and knowledge to the test.
Open during term time, we serve lunch weekdays from 12.30 pm and dinner is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.00 pm.

We provide a live working environment for students studying a BSc Hons degree in Culinary Arts Management or BSc Hons degree in International Hospitality Management.
Our restaurant is key to helping them develop the practical and managerial skills they need to become industry leading experts.
Last year's students included Matt Logan, winner of the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year 2014, and Hollie Forde who now works as a pastry chef for Michelin starred restaurant Eipic.
