We’re here to support you through any difficulties and our aim is to create a safe, inclusive and diverse learning environment that encourages respect and equality for all.

Study Skills

You might be continuing your education or getting back after focusing on other priorities and it can be challenging to get into study mode.

Our online Student Connect Peer Mentoring service is free for all first year undergraduates offering the chance to connect with a student mentor for help settling in to university life, managing your time, navigating your course and getting give advice about course work.

The Writing Feedback Service allows you to upload a writing draft 24/7 to receive constructive feedback on how to improve your work before you hand it in.

Connect Live enables students to submit a question to a subject specialist in the interactive classroom with chat, collaborative whiteboard, and file sharing options.

If you’re wondering where to go for a replacement Student ID card, change your name or address, access your records and attendance, look no further than the Student Admin Team, always on hand to help and advise.

Life in the Library

Once you enrol at Ulster University, you're automatically signed up to the Library Service. You simply need your Student ID Card to borrow books and your email address and password to access electronic resources.

Each library has loads of books and learning resources, study spaces, printing and photocopying facilities – you’ll find all you need to know to get started on our Library pages.
