Information on replacement ID cards, the fee charged and how to upload your photograph for your ID card.

Your Student ID Card

Your Student ID card includes details of your student number and course and is needed if you wish to borrow books from the library, for car parking and for access control on the Belfast, Coleraine and Magee campuses.

Please remember that cards need to be updated approximately every 30 days to ensure you have access to the areas that you need.

You can do this by tapping your card on the card readers which are located at the main reception on each campus.

You can collect your ID card from your campus Registry Office from Monday 17 January.

If you have not yet uploaded a photo, please upload using the photo upload centre and contact your campus Registry Office once complete.
