Patrick Donnelly is Director of Physical Resources. He joined the University on 1993, having previously worked in private practice and the Estates Directorate of Queen's University, Belfast. A native of Ballycastle, he is married with five children, and is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr Donnelly is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the strategic planning, management and development of all aspects of the University Estate and its associated services.
Responsibilities: Estates Planning, (including Strategy, Space Management, Project Management and Central Timetabling); Estates (including Building and Grounds Maintenance and Management and Design Services); Facilities Services (including Cleaning, Portering, Security), Catering (including Conference Services), Residential Services and Sports Services.
