Jordan is an Economist at the Economic Policy Centre at the Ulster University.
An experienced economic modeller and forecaster, Jordan has contributed to the development of the Centre for Business Research, University of Cambridge, Judge Business School – Ulster University Economic Policy Centre macroeconomic forecasting model. He has co-developed the regional sectoral model of Northern Ireland and the local government forecasting model.
He has worked on a range of public policy research projects most recently including decomposing the productivity gap in Northern Ireland. Jordan has written numerous economic commentary pieces across a range of academic and media outlets.
Jordan also teaches a 2nd year Economics undergraduate module in the Ulster University Business School: ‘Regional Economics: Understanding the Northern Ireland Economy’.
