We pride ourselves in delivering high quality services that take standards of performance to new levels for our student athletes and local community.

Our strength and conditioning facilities at the Jordanstown campus and Coleraine campus are testament to our claim!

The facilities house Samon racks with integrated and stand-alone platforms combined with Werk San and Eleiko plates and bars. The main facility is large enough to accommodate large squad training sessions (max 30 athletes) and also contain an indoor sprint track section, plyometric boxes, dumbbell area, two multi station pillar systems and a mezzanine area for cardiovascular training or rehabilitation work. The close proximity to an indoor 3g, athletics area and recovery suite renders it the perfect training environment!
