Rationale
Much of the delivery of project content will rely on group work and co-facilitation skills. Effective group work processes will support the workers achieve innovative and codesigned experiences throughout their project.
Training suitable for staff delivering face-to-face work with young people. For some workers it will be a refresher - reconnecting to initial training.
Available Spaces (20 places) Initially 2 places will be allocated to each delivery agent. A third place will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, up to a maximum of 3 places per project at each training event.
