Having regard to the particular or personal circumstances in which a member of staff may from time to time be placed, and in recognition of the fact that staff have domestic as well as work pressures to deal with, the University has the following arrangements in place whereby continuously employed members of staff may apply to work flexibly and balance both work and home life.
