Who? Compliance Training is automatically allocated & mandatory for all staff. What? The training aims to equip all members of staff with essential knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations, and internal policies that directly affect their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, topics such as data protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and professional ethics. Why? Compliance training is one factor which helps keep you and the university safe in relevant compliance areas. It also ensures that the university meets its legislative responsibilities. When? Compliance Training is an ongoing process, with introductory courses for new hires and periodic refresher courses for existing staff. Special training sessions may also be introduced as and when new compliance issues or policy updates arise. How? You will automatically be register for the relevant compliance courses through the LEARN LMS. Here you can track your progress, completion and certification. Upon completion of each module, staff members will be assessed through assessment.
