Please note, there are problems accessing the FAME service using the latest versions of Chrome, resulting in a 'can't provide a secure connection' message. This is due to ongoing issues with supplier's server. The supplier is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, the supplier has recommended the following workaround:
- In Chrome, navigate to (enter in address bar): chrome://flags/#use-sha1-server-handshakes.
- Temporarily change the setting 'Allow SHA-1 server signatures in TLS' to Enabled.
- Restart Chrome.
Alternatively, a different browser, such as Edge, can be used to access this e-resource without difficulties.
