Welcome to our IT Satisfaction Survey. We invite you to spend no more than 5 minutes to complete our short survey which will help our department improve the services and support that we offer directly to our students. Please note this does not include the Blackboard Digital Learning Environment, or any other IT service provided from a Faculty e.g. non-ISD supported labs.Your input would be greatly appreciated.

For each question, we will ask you to select an answer (or answers) from a list of available options. Your response can range from 1 (Highly Dissatisfied) to 5 (Highly Satisfied), or N/A Not Applicable. A free-text area is also provided so that you may supplement your response with your own suggestions.

The data you will be asked to provide will be anonymous, confidential and used solely for the purpose of this survey, it will not be distributed to any other party. If you wish to provide us with your name and student number, especially if you would like a response to a comment, feel free to do so in the final text area.

You will also be provided an opportunity to enter your email address to be included in the random draw for an ipad. A red * will appear against a question if an answer is mandatory.
