Fixed Telephone Line

Service Description

The University provides access to fixed telephony services for all staff within the University. This also includes Voicemail and voice processing functionality. Additionally call handling/call centre functionality is also available.

Business Process

Complete the Telephone System Request Form which you can find within the Unifed Communication section on the Staff Portal and follow the instructions on the form. Estimated costs are £250 per extension and work is normally completed within one week.

All call charges will be charged back to the cost centre listed on the request form. An estimated call charge of £250 per extension to commission the line. Note you will be notified of costs before the job starts.
