Image Provision

Digital Services supports over 2000 Windows based desktop PCs throughout the University in locations which include Libraries, IT laboratories, teaching rooms and group study rooms.

Purchasing Hardware

The University has adopted the National Desktop and Notebook Agreement (NDNA) for the purposes of procuring Windows-based desktop and laptop hardware.

Software Services

Digital Services manages a range of software purchased on behalf of the University. Some software is available for installation on University owned equipment whilst other products are available to staff and students for installation on their own PCs or Macintoshes.

Wireless Laptop Support

Digital Services provide assistance for staff, students or visitors who are experiencing wireless connectivity problems on their personal laptop or netbook.
