What is a Faculty contact?
A Faculty contact is a member of Information Services' (IS) professional staff who has the added responsibility of acting as our representative for a particular Faculty. All Faculty contacts are located within the ICT Customer Services Division, the unit with a clear customer services brief.
What are the duties of a Faculty contact?
In addition to their normal day-to-day responsibilities, the Faculty contact will be the Faculty's initial point of contact with Information Services on all substantial matters relating to media and ICT Services, including video-conferencing.
