Our Magee campus is located in Derry~Londonderry, (City of Culture 2013) and offers our students a friendly atmosphere with an intimate learning environment.
Orientation is designed to introduce you to other new students, to the systems and cultural life of Ulster University and to your new surroundings.
Orientation will help you to settle in and make the most of your time here.
We will introduce you to the campus and its facilities (e.g. computer, library, sports facilities), show you how to access online information (e.g. module information and timetables), prepare you for registration, tell you where you can go for support and give you the opportunity to begin making the most of your studies at Ulster University.
Our orientation programme takes place at the start of each student intake in September and January. Full details and specific dates can be found in our academic calendar.
Past orientation events have included welcome meals, guided tours of campus, trips to local shops and guided tours of Derry~Londonderry.
To book your place on our orientation programme you will need to complete an arrival and orientation registration form and return it by Friday 5 January at the latest.
