Following the clear imperative in the latest government advice to avoid all non-essential contact with others and avoid unnecessary travel, the decision has been made to suspend all teaching and social activities on campus and to close all libraries, sports facilities, theatres, catering facilities and cancel events.

Institute of Mental Health Sciences (IMHS) are showcasing the upcoming Psychological Wellbeing Initiative in line with Mental Health Day

Institute of Mental Health Sciences (IMHS) are showcasing the upcoming Psychological Wellbeing Initiative in line with Mental Health Day.

The Psychological Wellbeing initiative aims to educate pupils about wellbeing through a series of engaging and interactive videos and workshops. Children will learn about different types of emotions, how to manage emotions, how to develop and maintain a hopeful mind-set, particularly in times of stress, and how the brain processes our emotions.

Target audience: Primary 7 pupils.
