Darrach Teague– Head of Operations CPL NI

Darrach heads up the Recruitment Team Cpl NI. He has 14 years’ experience in and has an unrivalled knowledge across a number of sectors in Northern Ireland. Darrach holds key relationships with many of the top 100 companies in Northern Ireland and has advised many of his clients on recruitment & retention strategies with a particular focus on managing millennial expectations and engaged.

Steve Thornton is a Canadian-born British former professional ice hockey player. He is currently the Director of Hockey Operations for the Belfast Giants of the Elite Ice Hockey League having played for and coached The Giants.

This event is the latest in a series of 'Giant Lessons in' where Ulster University Business School focus on a management or leadership issues through the lens of sport with a view to bringing learning from the sporting world into the business world. The event is part of MLN's Management Month which takes place each February and there are a number of events aimed at provide managers and leaders in Northern Ireland with access to the thinking, insights and experiences of high-achievers and thought-leaders. We do this to support and develop individual managers, companies and our economy.
