Time: 2pm (UK time)

Please join us to hear Professor Frank Casey discuss new ways of supporting and monitoring very ill children in their own home and the pioneering work done In the Northern Ireland Children’s Heart Centre using Telemedicine applications to  provide home monitoring and support for these patients.

The event is relevant to all parents who have sick children with long term chronic health problems and who are likely to require frequent hospitalization and intensive monitoring. It is particularly relevant for parents who have children with severe cardiac issues. In addition, it is highly relevant for medical, nursing and midwifery students starting their career.
