In recognition of World Birth Defects Day (WBDD) 2019, the Doctoral Midwifery Research Society (DMRS) are hosting a webinar focused on breastfeeding babies with birth defects. In collaboration with the Ulster University Maternal, Fetal and Infant Research Centre, a WBDD partner, and the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland, this special event will include findings from research, initiatives to support parents who want to breastfeed their child and the voices of mothers who have breastfed their child with a rare disease.
