Ulster University Business School offers world-class programmes based on up-to-date thought leadership through links with premier business schools, Harvard Business School and Babson College. Invest in Yourself with our new and dynamic Executive Education courses.
The aim of the Ulster University Business School (UUBS) is to be the leading provider of entrepreneurial education, research and impact in the UK by 2021. Entrepreneurial thinking is about more than merely start-up and growth; it is primarily about the pursuit and transformation of opportunity in all aspects of one’s life.
As Northern Ireland faces into increasing volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times, UUBS has sought to bring new and dynamic opportunities to learn differently, for senior executives and key decision-makers across the public and private sector, via our new Executive Education offering.
UUBS has appointed Dr Stephen Spinelli, former Chancellor of Philadelphia and Jefferson Universities, to the role of Global Advisor in Disruptive Education. As the business education market changes UUBS has created this role in order to future-proof the education propositions it develops for the business community locally, nationally and internationally. What also sets us apart is the company we keep. We are an active member of the Microeconomics of Competitiveness Network, developed by Professor Michael Porter at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness in Harvard Business School. We are also members of Babson College’s Babson Collaborative, which is a membership organisation driving action through the global exchange of best practices in entrepreneurship education. We are the only University in the UK and Ireland to be members of both.
