Ulster University invites you to an information session to examine the range of challenges facing creative industries in Northern Ireland and the wider United Kingdom. The event will explore potential research and development approaches to addressing these challenges.

Presentations will provide attendees with information about the current debates in creative industries, highlight key issues facing the sector and discuss potential opportunities for collaboration between academia and industry.

Speakers will include Professor Paul Moore and Professor Anthony Lilley -  there will also be a Q&A session and round table discussion.

Speakers:

Professor Anthony Lilley is CEO of Magic Lantern Productions Ltd., he is a creative industries policy adviser to UK government on promoting industrial innovation and was recently appointed Ulster University’s first Professor of Creative Industries.

Professor Paul Moore, Professor of Creative Technologies and Head of School of Communications and Media at Ulster University.

Lunch will be provided.
