Ulster University is hosting an event as part of Chartered Management Institute’s national conversation about the skills the next generation of managers and leaders will need in a workplace and world transformed.

This lunch time event will provide opportunity for managers and leaders at all levels and across all industry sectors to hear about the latest CMI research and a panel of leaders and research experts who will share practical insight into four areas of leadership:

  • Digital Leadership ft. Dr Adrian Johnston MBE, Director of Digital Catapult
  • Creative Leadership ft. Rachael Fergie, Lecturer in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Design Thinking Expert at Ulster University
