There are Library services to help you on each campus and e-resources available 24 hours per day online.
Digital Services work very closely with Library services to help you on each campus.
The Library has published extensive Getting Help material, including Library Help System which contains FAQs on common library queries, access to Subject Guides, how to Contact Us (including renewal advice and library opening hours) and more.
In addition, all of the Library's e-resources are available 24 hours per day online.
If you have a query about any aspect of the IT or Library service and you are on campus, you may wish to go to your local Information Point / Issue Desk and speak to one of the staff.
Library Information points are located in the Library at each campus.
Library and ICT Inductions
At the beginning of the academic year (and also in January), Digital Services offers new students an overview of its services and guidance on how to access them.
This short presentation is booked on your behalf by your Course Co-ordinator prior to your arrival at the University.
Please ask your Course Co-ordinator when your induction session is scheduled.
Make sure you pick up a copy of the Library Getting Started guide at your induction session or from the Information Point.
