If you experience a login problem, please check the error message displayed.
Users are required to login using either a Staff (Ecode), Visitor (Vcode) or Associate (Acode) username and password.
The login process is shown on a poster entitled 'Teaching Room Log On Process' located close to the PC.

Error Message 1
If you are a member of staff or an Associate and the error message states:
'The user name or password is incorrect.'
You must login again but prefix your Ecode or Acode with: ad\ (as described in the above poster).
This should resolve the problem.
Error Message 2
If you have received the following error message:
'The security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship.'
You must contact the Digital Services IT Service Desk immediately on 028 9536 7776.
A member of our staff will be assigned to visit the room as soon as possible. Please wait until they arrive.
