Rooms with fixed facilities have user instructions displayed, these may be attached to the wall, table or equipment depending on the room layout.

In addition to displayed instructions, ICT Customer Services also provide annual training sessions to familiarise all staff with the fixed IT and audiovisual equipment available to them in the majority of teaching rooms.
These sessions occur prior to the start of the semesters 1 and 2, and are advertised on the ICT Customer Services website, and via an all-staff email.
