ICT Customer Services and Support maintains close contacts with all faculties, in particular through our faculty contact representatives.
A Faculty contact is a member of Digital Services staff who has the added responsibility of acting as our representative for a particular Faculty.
All Faculty contacts are located within the ICT Customer Services and Support Division, the unit with a clear customer services brief.

Duties of a Faculty contact
In addition to their normal day-to-day responsibilities, the Faculty contact will be the Faculty's initial point of contact with Digital Services on all substantial matters relating to media and ICT Services, including video-conferencing.
