  • Anatomy of a food label
  • Principles of EU regulation 1169/2011
  • Mandatory requirements of food and nutrition labelling
  • Calculation of nutrient requirements for traffic light system and guideline daily amounts
  • Importance of food and nutrition labels
  • Consumer use and understanding of food and nutrition labels
  • Future research and developments in food labelling
