About

This course introduces attendees to the concept of sensory testing and innovation focusing specifically on how to gain competitive advantage through innovation. The course will cover the following: food trends, developing innovative products, sensory analysis, packaging analysis and exporting your product in foreign markets. The second half of the course will include a chocolate innovation workshop. The industry speakers include:
