Ideas for Isolation

We have assembled some suggestions for activities and opportunities that you may find interesting over the coming weeks.

COVID-19 is having an impact on everyone’s daily lives. By following the guidelines on social distancing and staying at home you’re helping to protect yourself, NHS, and community, but a consequence might be that you feel isolated, worried, and anxious, or you could be concerned about your health, or the health of others.

In these uncertain times it’s important to take care of your mind as well as your body.  So at Ulster we're doing our best to keep an updated list of free online resources for you, as well as opportunities for you to meet virtually with staff and other students.

Exercise

It’s good to keep moving while staying at home.

There are many free fitness videos and workshops available online and guidance to make sure you’re exercising correctly and safely.
