COVID-19 is having an impact on everyone’s daily lives. By following the guidelines on social distancing and staying at home you’re helping to protect yourself, NHS, and community, but a consequence might be that you feel isolated, worried, and anxious, or you could be concerned about your health, or the health of others.
In these uncertain times it’s important to take care of your mind as well as your body. So at Ulster we're doing our best to keep an updated list of free online resources for you, as well as opportunities for you to meet virtually with staff and other students.

All Campuses will now be closed for teaching and social activities
Following the clear imperative in the latest government advice to avoid all non-essential contact with others and avoid unnecessary travel, the decision has been made to suspend all teaching and social activities on campus and to close all libraries, sports facilities, theatres, catering facilities and cancel events.

There are many free fitness videos and workshops available online and guidance to make sure you’re exercising correctly and safely.
Now is the time to learn to dance, learn the Irish language or take up a free online course in photography, cake decorating, line drawing and many more.
