Ulster Business School Business Leader Peer Mentoring Programme
Summary
This case study provides details of how we have set up a Business Leaders Peer Mentoring Programme for postgraduate students across five programmes. The aim of the programme is to enrich the learning and experience of Ulster Business School postgraduate students and provide a greater linkage between the Ulster Business School and local business leaders.
This programme has been running since 2017 and to date, over 100 business leader-student relationships have been developed. Both the student and business leader have reported to achieved benefits from participating in this programme.
