Dutch guitarist Jesse van Ruller is a true European jazz icon and one of the world's most respected jazz guitarists. Since winning the Thelonious Monk International Guitar Competition in 1995—impressing the jury of Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Jim Hall, Pat Martino and Mark Whitfield—he has released over ten albums, toured worldwide and worked with Christian McBride, Joe Lovano, Toots Thielemans, Tom Harrell, Roy Hargrove, the Metropole Orchestra and the WDR Big Band.
Described by the Independent as representing the best jazz coming out of Ireland today, drummer David Lyttle started out in guitar legend Louis Stewart's band and has gone on to perform in over twenty countries and receive nominations in the MOBO Awards and Urban Music Awards. He has toured with Terell Stafford, Soweto Kinch, Jonathan Kreisberg, Michael Janisch and Jason Palmer, and collaborated on his third album 'Faces' with Joe Lovano and Talib Kweli.
London bassist Conor Chaplin is one of the most in-demand musicians of his generation and is the bassist with 2017 Mercury Music Prize nominee Dinosaur. He has also performed with George Garzone, Bobo Stenson and World Service Project.
