The Courtyard offers a high standard of accommodation adjacent to all university services and facilities. This is ideal for students seeking quality, spacious and private accommodation.
Students will have access to a high speed Wi-Fi service, laundry facility, shop outlet with hot drinks and snacks and cash machine.
Generally, six residents share an apartment (although one apartment is nine bedroom), with individual study bedrooms that contain wash-hand basins, built in wardrobes, study desks and chairs. Each apartment contains a fully equipped modern kitchen with a living/dining area and shared bathroom/toilet facilities.
There are a number of self-contained apartments available for couples or mature students requiring more independence. There is also a common room with a TV and games console available for students from differing apartments to socialise together.
Night Support Assistants and security staff are available throughout the night to deal with any issues which may arise. Resident Support Assistants are rota' d in the evenings and weekends to provide pastoral support, advice and assistance as required.

This accommodation offers an ensuite bedroom, either twin beds or a double bed can be provided. It has a separate kitchen and study area

Integrated within the complex are a number of adapted rooms for students with mobility or sensorial requirements. If you require an adapted unit, please contact the Residential Services office and/or the University's Disability Advisor well in advance of your anticipated arrival.
