remember this is a shared resource,
only book rooms when absolutely necessary and meetings are confirmed,
during term; book space in Teaching Rooms only if your meeting cannot be accommodated in Meeting Rooms, if necessary by adjusting the date/time of the meeting. (Furniture cannot be reconfigured in a teaching room during term)
book the minimum necessary slot for the meeting,
ensure bookings are cancelled when meetings are, and rooms are made available to others who need them,
note that penalties will follow non-use or misuse of booked rooms,
leave the room in the neat and tidy condition you would hope for when entering it.
