This section of the website summarises all of the information needed for your Support Relationship. You can access all of the information and documents from the sidebar or the links provided.
In the Student Information section, we have combined all of the important information that Students should be aware of, along with an FAQ section to answer any recurring queries. Student Responsibilities should be read carefully and fully understood. A downloadable Support Provider Policy document (PDF) can also be accessed and printed.
The Downloadable Forms section provides you with any other forms that is needed for the support relationship. These are provided for your convenience so you can print them off or save them onto your computer desktop. These need to be filled in and signed by both Support Provider and Student and sent back to the Support Register via post. * Please Note the Learning Plan is relevant to only a small number of Roles on the Support Register.
