The Fitness Studio boasts the latest Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment. In addition to the five different types of aerobic training available, the suite also contains the latest fixed weight training machines and a range of free weight equipment.

Background music have resulted in a user friendly facility which has proved immensely popular to the existing and new members alike. One feature which hasn’t changed in redevelopment is our commitment to providing a trained member of staff at all times to ensure that your visit will be a safe and friendly experience.

The Duncreggan Studio is ideally situated in the heart of the student village and outdoor playing fields. Changing facilities, toilets, car parking, storage and vending provision is also available on site.

The venue can hold groups of up to 12/15 for fitness classes, but could possibly hold 20 when set up as a class room environment.

This facility is now available for hire and could possibly be used for the following activities: Exercise & fitness classes, courses. Birthday parties, short course (wine tasting, guitar lesions etc), book clubs, arts and crafts, dance & drama, Poster sales, beauty & massage treatments, meetings & conference and anything else you would require

Swimming (Members Only)

Swimming and squash tickets are available at the Sports Reception for use in Templemore Sports Commplex. £4.00 for 7 swims for student members and £5.00 for staff members.
