Kettlebell 8 week course!!!
Brand new kettlebell course starting Wednesday 8th February 2012 from 5.15 - 6.00pm.
Power, strength, speed, tone and burn claories like never before in this brand new exercise class at the sports centre. Great workout for targeting those major muscles groups in the legs, abs and upper body. Works more muscles per exercise than the majortiy of exercises done in the gym. Triple Teaser or 3 in 1: This 45 minute class is designed to give you the benefits of 3 classes in 1 session. It includes spin, abs and circuits meaning it is ideal for those on tight time schedules.

Zumba: Learn something new in this fun, exciting and exhilarating course for both beginners and intermediate level individuals. Partners not required.

Pilates: Mat based class which will help you find your inner strength and improve core stability. Good for avoiding sporting injuries. Very popular.

Yoga (Ashtanga): Strengthen your body, mind and soul. Ashtanga is a more energetic form of yoga.

Kettlebells: Great all over body workout targeting all major muscles to help tone muscles and burn calories. Kettlebells will be provided but feel free to take your own. Replaces boxercise on a Wednesday at 5.15 - 6.00pm.

Pulses-4-pounds: Ideal for fitness beginners or individuals getting back into fitness. Body measurement, weight management and a variety of exercise classes are all included in this course.
Other short course classes may also include Pilates Beginners, Pilates Improvers, running.
