Birthday Parties at Coleraine Sports Centre

Application Form

Option 1

 Hire of hall, refreshment area and member of staff to co-ordinate activity,  

all for only £40!

• 1 hour in activity area with organised activity
• 45 minutes in refreshment area
•  Fully organised activity with staff member supplied to co-ordinate.
• Choice of activity from soccer, multi-skills, basketball, uni-hoc.

Option 2

 Hire of hall and Refreshment area,

all for only £25!

• 1 hour in hall
• 45 minutes in refreshments area
• NO staff or equipment supplied

(A parent must provide supervision of children at all times)
