  Student Feedback

Student Feedback is a key mechanism used by the University of Ulster to obtain information from the student body on their University experience.  Feedback is collected through a variety of methods and is used by both internal departments and external institutions.  Internally feedback is used to guide both quality assurance and quality enhancement and is designed to lead to an improvement in the student experience.  External institutions such as QAA and HEFCE are increasingly drawing on the experiences of the student body in Institutional Audit and UCAS publish information for prospective students, potential employers and parents on the Unistats website.  Student Feedback therefore is fundamental to the operation of the University, its departments and Faculties and to the experience of the individual student.
