Physical Resources
Mission

To support the delivery of the University's Corporate and Academic aims through the efficient management, maintenance and development of a quality physical environment and in a sustainable manner appropriate to the needs of the users.

Organisation of the Department.

The Department is divided into the following 7 sections, each reporting to the Director of Physical Resources.

Administration
Responsible for the administration support for the Department and  for recharging.

Catering Services
Responsible for the Universtity's catering facilities at Coleraine, Jordanstown and Magee.

Conference Services
Responsible for booking all corporate, academic or sporting events, a conference, training seminar or exhibition at the University.

 Estates
Responsible for the provision and procurement of estate management, design services, environmental services and the care of grounds and sports fields. 

Facilities Services
Responsible for security, portering, mail, car parking and cleaning services throughout the University.

Planning and Development
Responsible for strategic planning, space management and project management to support the development of an effective and well utilised estate.

Residential Services
Responsible for the management of the University's student accommodation at Coleraine, Jordanstown and Magee.

Sport & Recreation Services 
Responsible for the delivery of the sport and recreation provision at facilities located on three of the four campuses

• Coleraine
• Jordanstown
• Magee.

Room Bookings

Diamond, Great Hall, Assembly Hall etc. will be handled by the Central Timetabling Units

at Coleraine and Jordanstown.
