Getting Your Print When You Need It!

Reprographic Services has a large customer base and, to ensure the smooth production of each customer’s work, we have put in place a number of core business processes. Every job, however, requires time. To keep that production time to a minimum, here are some simple but well-proven suggestions:

Plan Your Time Frame
Try to leave as much time for production as possible. We strive to complete all work to the customer’s timescale but, at peak times, we establish a queuing system. If work can be pre-planned then positions in the queue are guaranteed and timescales met.

Always Read The Proof Documents
Proofs are your opportunity to check the final product. Please read the entire proof thoroughly. We attempt to ensure the proofs leave Reprographic Services as correct as possible but, due to the diverse nature of the materials printed, the responsibility for accuracy belongs to the customer. Once the signed proof is returned we will proceed with production.

Provide Samples to Illustrate Your Requirements
If the work you require is unusual then speak with a senior Reprographic Services staff member before you start. Try to find samples of what you require and if possible think about quantities needed. This will allow Reprographic Services staff to advise on production.
