Media Technology Online Booking System

IT User Services has implemented an Online Booking Service for users requiring media technology equipment in rooms supported by our department. This web-based service is available at:

 http://www.ulster.ac.uk/isd/itus

The introduction of this service is aimed at ensuring delivery of media technology equipment in line with our published Service Level Definitions and data available through this system will enable us to monitor performance. Users should note that only requests for loan of equipment using this service will be processed and ultimately used for analysis. Users who telephone, or email requests will be asked to complete the web based request form.
