ISD Leadership Programme

Information Services has embarked upon a major training programme to support the development of ISD managers in their role within the University. The 'Leadership and Management Programme 2004' has been developed by Staff Development of behalf of ISD and provides an accredited route for Affiliate Membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management (AInstLM). It is anticipated that participants will undertake 45 learning hours comprising seven modules and two workshops, each one focussing on a particular aspect of leadership and its importance in the workplace.

This is a considerable investment by ISD and forms a key strand in the planned development of the department.
